Shipping and Insurance at Gold and Silver Traders
At Gold and Silver Traders all orders over $199 are shipped to you for free. Orders under $199 incur a fee of $7.99. Customers may or may not have the ability to edit their shipping method at checkout. GST only ships to addresses within the United States of America.
Shipping Methods
Gold and Silver Traders uses various different carriers in order to ship your orders to you in the most efficient manner possible. This includes but is not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your order may allow you to edit or upgrade your shipping method at the checkout screen.
Shipment Packaging
Each and every package at Gold and Silver Traders is verified by our specialists for order accuracy and then packaged to ensure safety during transit. The package will be discrete as to its contents and our company name will be abbreviated as to not give any indication of value.
Shipment Tracking
Once an order is placed at Gold and Silver Traders we will be notified of your order, upon paying for your order in full and once the payment has cleared your shipment will go out within the next 24 hours on business days, assuming no unforeseen delay. You will then at this time receive a shipping notification indicating that your order has been shipped, within this notification (whether sent by email or by text) you will find your Tracking Number which can be used to follow and track your package to your door.
Shipping Insurance
In an effort to provide the highest level of customer service, each and every package sent by GST is insured in full during transit. In the unlikely event that there are any issues with your package, such as it becoming lost or damaged during transit, Gold and Silver Traders will issue a full refund or reship your order. Our insurance policy only covers these items DURING transit, once a signature has been received and/or the package is marked delivered by the courier our insurance ends. Please notify us within 48 hours of any issues that may have arisen in regards to damage or tampering with your package, failure to do so may result in your inability to file an insurance claim.
