Shipment Packaging

Shipment Tracking

Once an order is placed at Gold and Silver Traders we will be notified of your order, upon paying for your order in full and once the payment has cleared your shipment will go out within the next 24 hours on business days, assuming no unforeseen delay. Shipping Insurance

In the unlikely event that there are any issues with your package, such as it becoming lost or damaged during transit, Gold and Silver Traders will issue a full refund or reship your order. Our insurance policy only covers these items DURING transit, once a signature has been received and/or the package is marked delivered by the courier our insurance ends.
