Step 1: Submit an Application
New clients can open an account with Gold and Silver Traders online. Upon approval, customers will have access to all dealer services including refining, hedging, and bullion trading services. Please know that your information will be kept strictly confidential.
Step 2: Prepare Shipment or Visit Us
After opening an account with Gold and Silver Traders, you may either prepare a shipment to us directly or you may bring precious metals scrap to our facility in Houston, Texas.
Step 3: Pricing Options
Once your precious metals scrap is received, you may lock in a price by calling our Trading Department at (713) 520-5111. You may also keep your payable ounces in a pool account to hold for future pricing or a metal exchange. Alternatively, you may authorize our trading department to lock in a price upon melt and final analysis of your material.
Step 4: Payment Options
You will be paid in accordance with your preferred method of payment. If you would like to change your payment method, please call our trading department to make other arrangements at (713) 520-5111.
