Returns & Refund Policy

We believe that customer satisfaction is the foundation of good business – which is why we make our returns easy. Contact us within two (2) business days of receiving your order, and we will give you store credit or a refund. We just ask you to cover any market loss due to price fluctuations.

In the event your order did not meet expectations, please contact our customer service line via telephone at 713-205-0700 within two (2) business days of receiving your package. We will give you pricing estimates for any applicable market loss and shipping return label fees. Once you authorize these costs, we will provide a return label and, upon receipt of the product, will proceed with the trade-in, store credit, or refund.

Items sent back to us must be in the same condition and packaging as they were received. It is the sole discretion of GST to refuse any product that does not meet these requirements. Payment charges on the original order are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, and all applicable market loss. The customer is liable for any loss/damage on returned items if sent by some method other than a GST-provided label. Items may be refused and returned at the sole discretion of GST. Credit card refunds will be billed a 4% restocking fee. If a suitable trade-in is not available, GST may issue a refund.

Cancellation For Non Payment – Payment for your order must be probably initiated or received by GST within one (1) business day of your order confirmation. If payment is not received in this timeframe, GST reserves the right to cancel your order. You will also be billed for any market loss which may occur from the order cancellation.
