Shipment Packaging

Shipment Tracking

Once an order is placed at Gold and Silver Traders we will be notified of your order, upon paying for your order in full and once the payment has cleared your shipment will go out within the next 24 hours on business days, assuming no unforeseen delay. Shipping Insurance

Our insurance policy only covers these items DURING transit, once a signature has been received and/or the package is marked delivered by the courier our insurance ends. Please notify us within 48 hours of any issues that may have arisen in regards to damage or tampering with your package, failure to do so may result in your inability to file an insurance claim.
